The 6 Triple 3 is a trio with Rusty Lynch on vocals, Adam Cook on keyboards and Mark Gretton on drums.
The project is an amalgamation of three of the Great Southern’s finest musicians, aspiring to
produce a combination of dark, brooding covers of once-popular repertoire; explore the
female pop repertoire with the male voice; and perform renditions of 20th-century classic
repertoire with an emphasis on authenticity and deference to the genius of songwriters past.
The trio works to maximise ‘live production’ in the sound, using multitudes of instruments
and effects, reharmonisations, genre-crossing, and high-quality sampling.
