Denmark Arts is a vibrant creative hub for our community
The ArtsHouse offers a number of spaces for use which are suitable for meetings, workshops or creative development activity. We can facilitate film showings, exhibitions, comedy nights, DJ's, Live Music Gigs, panels conversations, multi day workshops, private studios, and artist accommodation.
The sheltered courtyard at the front has a bar set up and is perfect for hosting outdoor events on balmy summer evenings, or around the fire in winter.
The ArtsHouse is a 2 minute walk from town, adjacent to Denmark FM and the Denmark Community Resource Centre, set amongst beautiful trees and a short drive from amazing forests, beaches and bio-diversity hot-spots.
ARTSHOUSE BOOKINGS
Denmark Arts invites artists, creatives, and community arts facilitators to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to book the ArtsHouse as part of our partnership-based programming.
We support arts and cultural activities that align with our purpose, values, and community outcomes and welcome live music performances, theatre performances, art exhibitors, and workshops.
All ArtsHouse bookings must fit within Denmark Arts’ arts and cultural delivery.
Please note:
$100 Member: Any artist or art facilitator using the ArtsHouse for workshops, classes, or community arts activities must be a financial member of Denmark Arts for insurance purposes - this benefits local artists who seek ongoing marketing support and numerous events.

Public Liability Insurance: Any artist or performer using the ArtsHouse for a performance or public event must be an endorsed program partner of Denmark Arts and must provide a current PL Certificate during the booking process. - This applies to Touring artists

Denmark Arts cannot host parties of any kind, including birthdays, weddings, private functions or any other venue-hire request.

Denmark Arts owns a range of event equipment, gazebos, fencing, tarps, pillows, bunting, tables and chairs for use by Members for arts and cultural activities.

EQUIPMENT
Denmark Arts' Andre Steyl Gallery is a professionally presented white walled space in the heart of Denmark.
We have hooks for 2D visual artwork and plinths are for 3D.
The gallery is available for community showings, touring exhibitions and training.
