About the event
This June, join textile artist Verity Byth, at the Denmark Arts house for a series of textile workshops that explore the intersection of fabric, finance and feminism. Targeting Mothers and Daughters, this workshop is open to anyone who feels comfortable
in a women’s workshop space.
Across four weeks, participants will explore their money stories inspired by Verity’s Abecedary for Women’s Financial Education, https://www.veritybyth.com/rise/adecedary whilst making a their own textile artwork. This is a great opportunity to start some conversations, share understanding and change your money story.
Presented by Southern Edge Arts, all materials will be supplied and no sewing experience necessary.
