MoVo Collaboration

A collaboration between MoVo Dance Ensemble and local musician, Jennifer Hunt, this project includes a unique and entertaining audience-directed choreographic improvisation component, together with contemporary dance performances by the MoVo dancers.

More information about the artists:

Lynn Boon trained at the London Contemporary Dance School in the 1970s and was a dancer and teacher of contemporary dance for the next 15 years. Her career accomplishments include professional contemporary dance, working with choreographers, her own choreography, and collaborating with composers and musicians. Lynn is currently working with MoVo Dance Ensemble in Albany and Momentum Dance in Perth.

Wendy Wright is a graduate of WAAPA and an accomplished competition ballroom dancer. She is a choreographer and teaches contemporary, classical, jazz and Acro dance in the Great Southern. Wendy loves to create unique dance works and enjoys being a part of her students’ dance development.  

Jennifer Hunt – Musician: Playing music with friends is one of Jennifer’s favourite things; she loves to draw on learnt classical skills to convey emotion and create uplifting moments.
