Gitana Proietti-Scifoni

"Funky Metal" is Gitana's passion, her hobby and her creative outlet in a suitcase. Gitana lived in Denmark throughout her childhood and then from 2000 she lived in Italy for a number of years and worked in a small beadshop in Torino. This environment enabled her beading passion to flourish, and most importantly allowed her to develop wire working skills. Armed with a suitcase of pliers, beads and wire of all gauges, and a desire to explore, Gitana travels to places near and far, making and selling peices at local markets. "Funky Metal" creations are designed to be original, affordable and slightly on the psychedelic side!
